My Early Life & Education
He completed his primary education from Salkia , K.B.R school ,after clearing the admission
test , he got selected for The Hindu School Kolkata where he completed rest of his schooling
, after securing a good rank in both medical and engineering , Dr Bhattacharya was forced to
choose engineering due to some political reasons . In 2012 , he started his engineering in
Textile Technology from Government college of Engineering and Textile Technology ,
serampore . During his Bachelor days ,he was attach with a lot of social work and various
important personalities such as Pranab Mukherjee(Formal President of India) , Somnath
Chatterjee(Former Speaker of Lok Sabha) , Sushma Swaraj(Former Minister of External
Affairs of India ) , Shri Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee(Former Chief Minister of West Bengal) ,
Chittabrata Majumdar (Formal General Secretary of Centre of Indian Trade Unions and
member of Politburo), several Foreign Ambassadors ,Foreign Philosophers, Gandhian
Activities , Freedom Fighter , INA members and soldiers who changed his life in a
Humongous manner . Dr Bhattacharya had a concealed political life after his school days .
Later on he focused on his studies , After that Bhattacharya cleared GATE examination and
was selected for M.Tech in chemical processing in Textile Technology in Government
college of engineering and Textile Technology . During his college days while he was
pursuing his Bachelor and Masters , he did a lot of projects, social work and sociological
impact analyst by uplifting his Philosophical Political vision . Later on , Bhattacharya also
got attach with several UN organisation and did consistency research work for betterment of
Human Life in various fields which he continues till now , Bhattacharya didn’t limit himself
to the field of Engineering but also entered the field of social science with a Masters in
Development studies(P) , Diploma in International Affairs and Diplomacy , Diploma in
Governance and Government studies, Post graduate Diploma In Human Rights, Post graduation certificate in Public Policy and Advocacy , MPI(Oxford University) , LLB (P) , Masters in Security and Defence Law(P) followed by that Dr Bhattacharya did many courses from different International and National organization which includes ISRO , ABDI , UN , IIGL , NCAS , NIRDPR . He holds therecord for maximum number of degree and certificate courses in Asia , He has won many awards in the field of Education and Public Policy .,Currently pursuing his PH.D(Tech) . Being a research scholar research covers a number of topics apart from Engineering . His research is versatile specialised in various topics law to administration , National security to Defence Policy , Technology to Biotechnology, Textile to Bioinformatics to Pharmaceutics , From Waste management to Urban and Rural Planning , Climate Change and nanomedicine,working on cancer cell , stem cell . He holds a Honorary Ph.D in Huma Rights . Toenhance his knowledge on different areas he has done various certificate courses from foreign universities which are as follows :,
Born in a very impoverished family in a rent house in Salkia , Howrah, West Bengal .His Father Monotosh Bhattacharya , is an ex- politician ,Businessmen and Industrial advisor , and Mother Arpita Bhattacharya , is a homemaker and a social worker . His father was struggling with the business and came from this poor economic condition and reach a sustainable financial position with the passage of time . His family has been part of administration from both maternal and paternal , His Elder Paternal Uncle Santosh Kumar ttacharya who served in various government department as First class officer and a member of CPIM and a social activities till his last breathe. His maternal side also belongs from several administration and freedom movement activist such as Ranajoy Bhattacharya , who was in the special detective department in the Lal Bazar police station West Bengal. Pradyut Bhattacharya was the chief engineer and founder planner of Santaldih Thermal Power station .Prasanno Bhattacharya , his maternal great grandfather was a renowned Barrister and member of Bar Council of undivided Bengal . Grand mother Renuka (chatterjee) Bhattacharya was member of Anushilan Shamiti and niece of great Indian woman leader Sorajini Naidu, other family members- Sirish Chatterjee was congress president of undivided Bengal, Protul Ganguly was a remarkable revolutionary freedom fighter associated with Surya Sen and Anushilan Shamiti. .Paternal Grandfather was Janardan Bhattacharya,who was played a leading role in Tebhaga movements with Mahatma Gandhi .Later on refuse Tamrapatra from Government of India. He was one of the founding member of CPI, his students were Shailen Dasgupta (left front chairman),Saroj mukherjee, Mrityunjoy Banerjee(congress ), Madhav Bhattacharya(keen CPI leader), Rabindra Lal Bhattacharya( national trade union leader of left wing) also share a direct blood relation with him. His great Grand father Ishwar Anukul Chandra Bhattacharya was one of the founder member of Hindu Mahasabha and played a keen role in freedom movement, and Bengal riot’s related issue. Very closed to Pandit Dindoyal upadhayeand Ashutosh Mukherjee .One of his Grand father Biswanath Bhattacharya was a special officer in West Bengal police Directorate, his uncle Dipak Bhattacharya, Sr council supreme court, advisor of several Ministry, eminent person of India and Champak Bhattacharya IPS, in West Bengal police .His grandfather’s great grandfather Ramtanu Bhattacharya had played a keen role to eradicate early age marriage, promote widow marriage with Ishwar Chandra Vidhayasagar in East Bengal. Hisancestral link was with chandilyaand Pandya dynasty ,Some of his family members shifted from North India to East India ,their ancestors moved to Bengal .Later on during The Mughal nawab period , in some parts of Bengal-Bihar-Odisha province , his family were Jagirdar and had their nerve centre situated in Borishal part of an undivided Bengal , and their annual collected revenue , 50 lakh .Many of his family members are ICS , freedom fighters ( many of them are arrested and kept in Andaman and Nicobar island jail )who devoted their life for unconditional service to nation .
